La escuela es el invernadero en el que se forman la personalidad, los valores, las capacidades, los talentos y las acciones de sucesivas generaciones de ciudadanos de todo el mundo. En este sentido, la escuela es un mundo en sí. O, visto de otro modo, las escuelas deben abrirse al mundo exterior.

The school is the greenhouse where the personality, the values, the capacities, the talents and the actions of succesive citiziens generations in all over the world. According to this, the school is a world itself or, in other words, the schools must be opened towards the 'external world'.
